Orders & Specifications
All goods are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for doing so. No order shall be deemed accepted by us until it is confirmed unconditionally in the order confirmation.
We endeavour to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed colours of the goods, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours of goods supplied will exactly match those displayed on the buyer’s monitor or other printing systems. Goods supplied may differ as a consequence of multi-standard colour systems, notably the international screen based colour system of RGB and the print colour system of CMYK.
The buyer warrants in uploading any material to www.dinoprint.co.uk for the purposes of submitting an order, that any such material:
- Does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any other person
- Does not contain any material which is defamatory of any person
- Does not contain any material which is obscene, hateful or inflammatory
- Does not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
It is also the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that there are no errors within their artwork. We do not accept liability for spelling errors, therefore any oversights that require the job to be reprinted will be done at the buyer’s expense.
Payment must be made in full by credit card, debit card or by PayPal at the time of placing an order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided to us for the purpose of fulfilling the order and its delivery are correct, and that the chosen method of payment is the property of the buyer.
We will endeavour to process the order, manufacture (subject to artwork approval) and dispatch the goods within 3-5 working days as per the order confirmation.
Please understand that once we have dispatched your order, we have no control over delivery times. Unfortunately, delivery dates are not guaranteed but are estimates. We cannot offer refunds in the event of your delivery being delayed, nor do we accept liability for any missed deadlines, losses or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Royal Mail 2nd Class – Delivery in two to three working days
Royal Mail 1st Class – Delivery within 1 working day
Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed by 1pm next-day (requires signature)
Orders that qualify for free delivery will be shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class. The buyer can choose to upgrade this service at their own expense if they wish.
In the case of the buyer receiving faulty or damaged goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inform us at the earliest opportunity, and no later than 3 days after taking delivery of the goods.
We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of any defective/damaged goods to help us inspect the issue where we will, at our discretion, reprint all or part of the order free of charge.
